Hey everyone! Another week down here in Mexico and it was a good one. Glad to hear everything was good at home and thanks for the updates!
Reply: First of all thanks for sending that package and I will let President Mario know that it is on it's way so hopefully it will get there but thank you so much for doing that mom! Also glad to hear that it was stake conference for everyone and had some good messages and I love those 5 principles that our Prophet let us know about because I know also there are so many blessings waiting for us if we obey.
It makes me really happy to hear that the funeral of Lynsdey turned out to be really good. I sent Sayler a little message but it makes me happy that Cole was able to be reminded of the love that Heavenly Father has for him! I will always be praying for them and hope they can keep moving a long!
Thanks for your spiritual thought and I love that so much. About the book of Mormon and also what Elder Ballard. I know because it is changing my life right now, some experiences are bigger than others but I remembered what you told me right when i started and it was that everything would just be a couple of drops in my life bucket but these drops will change my life for the better!
My Week: This week was pretty good. It was my first one here with Elder Saldaña in San Pedro so it was a little longer trying to get used to everyone and the routine but things are going good.
We started visiting everyone because I want to meet everyone and get to work so we visited a lot of members this week and they are really awesome! They make me feel right at home so things are going there and I can say this is the most organized branch or ward I have seen in Mexico so that is really exciting!
Also we are teaching quite a few people too. Martha and her 3 kids are so awesome and they came to church yesterday! We had cool miracles with them because Elder Saldaña just told me they would just argue but we went over and talked about the Book of Mormon and the bible and how they work together. It was a huge step because they accepted everything. The only problem is they have heard so much trash about the church so there are a lot of doubts to solve but I know they have received their answer so we will see how it goes this week.
On Thursday we had our leadership meeting in Villahermosa so we went and spent the night in Coatza so it was cool to be with Elder Rivas again but we got up at 5 and got to Villa around 10:30 but it was a really good meeting and also so good to see other missionaries and President and Sister Whitworth so I enjoyed it! We got back really late but it was fun.
I just want to bare my testimony about the sacrament. Yesterday during church it was a little harder but during the sacrament I just felt so much peace, I knew and felt that Heavenly Father has big plans for me here. I know the Sacrament is the most important part of the week! There are 168 hours in the whole week and out of all those hours, it took only 2 minutes to feel a peace i was looking for. I know Jesus loves us and this is His work!
