October 17-24, 2021

Hey everyone! I really hope everyone is so happy and enjoying everyday of our lives!

Thanks for the email again and the updates on everyone! I appreciate you taking time out of the day to communicate with me.

REPLY: Thanks for the spiritual thought and the example of Joseph Smith. I think of his expirience and realize everything I go through isn't that bad and just knowing if he could feel peace during that time, it doesn't matter what I go through I know Heavenly Father is there and he's in charge. Mom that helped me feel a lot better so thanks for sharing! I love that we can have the scriptures and tools to know about these things and feel the spirit!

Thanks for the updates on sports. I feel bad for Wilkes that first season but it can only go uphill from here right? They will learn and grow and hopefully be a little better next season! Congrats to both soccer teams for representing at state and the girls sounds intense!!! That's so cool they beat the charter school and even if they got fourth that is something to be proud of so I'm glad to hear that kinley could finish her senior off strong but now it's on to basketball!

Sounds like a really awesome week though for the family. Got to spend a little time with Jaxon and the family. It's so cool we have such a solid family! I love you guys so much and I'm glad everyone is being safe and having a good time! The lord really does bless us.

How are you doing mom? With school/life? How's grandma Hart and grandma and grandpa Reiley? I pray all is well for them.

MY WEEK
It was a really good week for me in Washington. It was my last one and I'm on my way to Mexico as we speak. I love the Washington Kennewick Mission with all my heart and it has been such a great experience. I can't wait to take the things I've learned and apply them in Mexico and do what the Lord wants me to do.

This week was did some saying goodbyes and that's hard but it's just until we see each other again. Wednesday it was a huge miracle because  companionship in our zone had a baptism of this guy named Steven who just said all of the sudden that he wants to do it so it is a big blessing from our Heavenly Father and really cool to watch.

I'm trying to think about what else happened this last week and it'd all just a blurr(if you can believe that (:) but I had a great time with Elder Fairholm and Elder Brown It was so cool to be with them and learn. They are such fantastic missionaries and I'm going to miss them a lot.

On Saturday we had an awesome zone exchange right after dinner so we all got together, switched companions, then went out and it was so cool! I went to Kennewick with Elder Povey (from American falls) and another one named Elder Johnson and it was so sick! We had a great time and saw so many miracles. We got back to the church and I was able to share my testimony and then we sang hymn 88 in the Spanish hymn book so go look at that one!

I bore my testimony on a quote that I'm pretty sure mom you sent it to me one of my first weeks of Washington and I went and read it. It says, "Sometimes we fear the future and worry about how those changes will affect us. I encourage you to embrace these new phases and stages in life as part of God's plan. We should celebrate and enjoy these moments. Please don't worry too much about them. .... New doors will constantly open for each of us - and we should be prepared to walk through them. Change and progression are part of God's plan for us."- Holland

I know this change is hard but as long as I am working forward and relying on God, new doors will open and I will see what the Lord has prepared for me in Mexico. I love you all so much and hope you have a fantastic week! Love you! Be safe and take care.

Love Elder Reiley
