Hey everyone I hope you all had an amazing week and most of all I hope you find something to be grateful for every single day! I know this world can seem bleek at the moment but always remember that God is in control and he will bless us if only we stick close to Him.

Mom that sounds way intense! So you were stuck at Grandma's for 2 days because of a big ole blizzard that's crazy. Not gonna lie I remember when I was just a little guy and we left grandma's for home but had to turn around and come back and stay the night in her cozy basement and watch some movies. I'm glad you got to spend some time with grandma and I'm sure that was really good for her too so good job.
Everyone's week sounds intense. Thank you for the basketball updates I love hearing about how everyone is doing and it sounds like there were a few good games so hopefully they can keep it up. I also listened to Cole's clip you sent me and it was so funny! I am so sorry to hear about Shane's dad, I will keep the prayers up and I hope everything works out! That is really hard and I can't imagine going through that at this time so I will keep them all in my prayers.
Thank you for the spiritual thought mom. I love your not about desire. We have to work hard and trust that if we put forth the effort in accomplishing the Lord's will and if our desire is good, then the Lord will provide a way for us to accomplish what we need to. Thank you so much for your thoughts. I love you all so much!
My Week:
This week was absolutley crazy. It was the last week of the transfer so we grinded and we were trying to find and also meet with everyone we are teaching so it was a lot but thanks the the Lord we had an amazing week. We taught quite a lot of lessons and met some new people and it is crazy how the Lord will provide a way for us to see miracles.

I saw Jesus Christ hand in my life big time this week. The first miracle was with this guy named George. He messaged us on Facebook out of nowhere and said, "I need help" We called him that night and talked to him and he is going through a lot of hard things and he met with missionaries before so he knew where to turn during hard times. It is a really good lesson for me to learn that the day we plant the seed is not the same day we will harvest the fruit. We talked with him and gave him a Book of Mormon and he really wants to change his life so it was a miracle how the Lord provided this way for us to meet him. Then later in the week he called us and he wasn't doing the best things and said some scary stuff so we wanted to come meet him to give him a blessing but he woulnd't tell us where he was. We were nervous and scared so Elder Hamblin and I got on our knees in this tiny car we have and said a prayer. We got up and sat there for a little bit and I had nothing, no clue where to go. I said another little prayer and after I was done I turned on my phone and when I turned it on Google Maps was the first app open and I saw George's house pulled up, so I said we needed to go there. We got there and met his dad out front who said he wasn't there so we left but then George called out from the back in the garage, "come back". We talked with him for a long time and gave him a blessing and it helped him a lot! If everyone could pray for George to stay strong that would be awesome. This was such a good and humbling expirience because I know that Heavenly Father answers our prayers when we truly aline our will with His.
Then Sunday morning came around and the Assistant's will send out a video of the transfer information, so I was laying in bed and not gonna lie I was pretty comfortable that I was going to stay another transfer, but then I heard, "Elder Reiley will be transfered to Basin City speaking Spanish and will be serving with Elder Williams." It hit me like a train and I was not expecting it. I am nervous about going but I've heard a lot of good things about Basin City and about Elder Williams and I get to start speaking Spanish. Sunday night I went and said goodbye to a lot of people and it was very hard to say goodbye to Michelle and her family. I gave her your number mom (I hope that's ok) and told her to keep in touch. I grew really close with this family but I am grateful that the Lord has provided a way for me to see them again.
Not gonna lie I don't feel ready to leave Pasco but none the less I will do what the Lord wants me to do. I might not feel ready to start teaching the gospel in Spanish but what I do know is the Lord has someone for me to teach in Basin City so I am going to work really hard and find whoever this person is through the divine help of my Father in Heaven. I know this is the true gospel! I love you all and pray for you all everyday! Have a good week.
Love Elder Reiley
