Thanks for the updates on high school football! I am hoping sugar gets thumped but you never know with them. What is one thing that you have loved about the school year so far? I am glad you got to spend the weekend with Jax home and got to hang around. I always being around family and just spending time together!
That is good to hear that you have just jumped into your calling in the Stake and learning quick. I was thinking of how you are a perfect fit for this calling because you are around the youth all the time! I bet you are doing good and just have fun! Thanks for those quotes you sent me especially the one from President Oaks about sharing the gospel, it is something we are trying to work on, to really find those who are ready and it has been hard but I love that advice to open our mouths to everyone because we really don't know who is ready and who is not so thanks for sending me that!
I'm so glad to hear everyone is good and km praying for you all that's for sure! To answer your question we can actually have a real backpack and it will be a whole lot easier! I am thinking of a black or grey one.. médium size Also if you didn't buy the pants already I'm a 30x32. Thanks so much mom! Maybe a mínimo whiteboard to practice Spanish as well? If you already sent it don't worry at all about the whiteboard.
MY WEEK: Nothing too crazy happened this week. Still learning and growing but I am loving it here.
Tuesday we had our District council and the district is really cool! There is a few from the United States but everyone else is from Mexico which makes it really fun to talk and get to know everyone. We had a good day for sure and contacted a few families and we are really praying to find those who are elect here.
On Friday I was able to go on my first exchange and elder Doughty came with Elder Hill and I in Santa Clara and we had such a miracle filled day and it went by so fast. We ended up finding an awesome family where the husband is a member but his family aren't members so it was a miracle to find them and get his number. Then we got to do some service for a guy named Edwin we are teaching and we helped him move a bunch of stuff which was so nice to do actually! Then we bought us tacos for the night and the food here is incredible! It was a really good day for us.
We are teaching a few people that are progressing and 3 of them came to church this week! Heidi is going to get baptized the 20th so keep praying for her! Then Daniel and Aracely just have a few issues to overcome but it's been cool to see the gospel change their lives!
Sorry I feel like a lot happened but also not a lot but I will give more details next week! I love you all so much and I am really happy to be here! Have a fantastic week and see miracles!
